Admin Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily office tasks, providing support to staff, and ensuring smooth office operations. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, planning meetings and taking detailed minutes, writing and distributing email correspondence, assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, developing and maintaining a filing system, updating and maintaining office policies and procedures, ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers, and providing general support to visitors.
